Overview
‘Childcare service complaint report system’ is operated to secure transparency in childcare center operation and also to realize optimal environment for childcare.
Report Targets
- Illegal or inappropriate operation regarding meal supply, safety control and health/ hygiene control in childcare centers or abusing of children
- Illegal execution of functional supplementation budget, such as for childcare center establishment and repair
- Illegal receipt of the subsidy for childcare service fees through false registration of teachers and false extension of service hours
- Other cases of illegal or unfair childcare service

Reporter Protection
- Childcare Service Complaint Report Center keeps information of reporters strictly confidential even after the completion of report reception and preliminary inspection result processing.
- Identity of reporter, information of institute providing childcare service for which report has been filed
- Evidence submitted by reporter or information collected in the course of operation handling
- Reception and inspection results are notified in e-mail, via phone and through SMS. Make sure to enter all necessary information for a fact-finding investigation.
