Notice

  • When filling out counseling form, enter detailed information about the current situation, such as gestational age, number of children, obstetrical history (record of premature birth or miscarriage) and breastfeeding status.
  • Answering can be delayed when the number of counseling cases per day is more than five.

  • For childcare counseling, the child’s personality, characteristics and family background must be sufficiently considered. Counseling must be carried out according to each child’s case and situation. Answering can be delayed by 2 – 3 days in case number of counseling cases per day is large.

  • STEP2. Counseling

    Childcare Support Center receives your request and provides specializing counseling service.
    (Min. 2 days – max. 5 days)

  • STEP3. Counseling Completion

    Answers are posted in the Childcare Support Center website where counseling was requested.
