a. Protect your testicles from injuries. Therefore, it is best to maintain the temperature at about 1 to 1.5 ℃ lower than your body temperature. This is because the testicles stop generating sperm if the temperature increases even slightly. 4.Avoid sitting in a chair for too long. Anywhere you are, a man sitting in a chair for too long will experience a higher temperature around his testicles. A notably bad posture is to sit with your legs crossed. If you’re an office worker, try to get up from your seat at least once every hour and take a short walk around the office. It will also help you relieve your stress.

5.Avoid riding a bicycle for too long. There is something called the ‘bikers’ impotence.’ It refers to the case where the saddle of a bicycle damages the nerves and arteries of the genitals, resulting in erectile dysfunction. To prevent this from happening, you should get up from the saddle from time to time while riding a bicycle. If you and your wife are planning to have a child, avoid riding bicycles.

According to a UK research team, men who ride bicycles for too long and too frequently can experience excessive heat in the pelvic area, resulting in an adverse change in the function of the sperm in their testicles. This research team also reported that many male cyclists have been suffering from these symptoms.
